Effective date: July 14, 2026. These terms describe how Tower Monumental Rush handles tour requests, confirmations, scheduling, tickets, and guest responsibilities.
Tower Monumental Rush coordinates guided experiences related to Torre Monumental in Buenos Aires. We are not the operator of the public monument itself and we do not sell the official public-entry ticket unless clearly stated in a separate written confirmation.
A booking form submission or inquiry is a request only. A tour is not confirmed until our team sends written confirmation by email, message, or another direct channel. Availability depends on guides, timing, weather conditions, transfer logistics, and access conditions at the attraction.
The official Torre Monumental ticket is purchased separately through the Buenos Aires city website unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Guests are responsible for reviewing the public attraction rules, opening hours, and access conditions published by the official operator.
Service prices are listed in Argentine pesos unless another currency is clearly stated. Any EUR or USD values shown on the website are reference estimates only and may change with exchange rates. The authoritative service price is the ARS amount confirmed by our team.
Tours may need to be adjusted, delayed, rescheduled, or canceled if weather affects the viewpoint, if public access to Torre Monumental changes, or if safety, transport, or operational conditions require it. Guests should notify us as early as possible if they need to request a change. Any refund or rescheduling arrangement, if applicable, will follow the written confirmation terms shared for the specific booking.
Transfer service is included only when expressly listed in the chosen program or confirmed in writing. Pickup times may involve normal traffic variation. Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting point; delays may shorten the experience if the schedule cannot be extended.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Tower Monumental Rush is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, public authority decisions, attraction closures, transport disruptions, third-party websites, or other events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be limited.
